DREADFUL!!!!!! 2 signs arrived broken. Still awaiting a replacement or refund. They do not reply to emails! Trading standards is my next step. Do not use this company! 0 stars!!

Sign was as ordered but delivery was far later than advised it would be at the time order was placed.

No telephone number to contact them on and emails were only eventually answered.

I would not recommend them to my worse enemy, let alone a friend.

Terrible experience. Waiting so long for delivery. When they eventually arrived one of the signs were wrong. I did also get that plate replaced…eventually. Lack of contact was really frustrating. For the cost I’d have expected a much better service.

I ordered and paid for two personal design house names on line. After four week I had nor received them and made contact by email. They apologised and rushed another order out which I received after 10 days. While they were good, there were no instructions and the screws provided had a head too big for the prepared fixings and I had to obtain more suitable ones. I was a little disappointed that the numbers and letters were now bold print. Perhaps this was my fault when placing the order. Overall, the house name is acceptable but not exceptional and perhaps a little expensive for what I received.

Awful service . No customer service when something goes wrong and very long waiting times to receive the item with zero communication. I wouldn’t buy here again.

My order has never turned up and it was over £150. they finally said they would refund, but have not done that either. I have chased on a daily basis and they do not respond. Avoid as this company is corrupt.

Great to have options to design your own sign. Great service, arrived on time and lovely quality.

Appalling service. Ordered 2 etched slate signs. The text is not etched, but white transfers which have peeled off in 2 places. Requested returns/refund as I do not want this product. It is not as described. No option to speak to anyone. No response to the detail of my complaint. No resolution.

Very pleased with the sign I ordered. Ordering software easy to use and allowed me to view different styles before ordering. All fixings came with sign.

BEWARE - I ordered 2 signs on 27 April, 1 arrived within 3/4 weeks but the second never did. I emailed them on several occasions, then early July a sign arrived but it was not mine. I’ve emailed twice asking for a refund for the sign that was not delivered & have heard nothing. When I’ve looked into the company it states ‘final dissolution’ so looks like they’ve ceased trading but you can still place orders in their website!!!

I found this web site to be very user friendly and the sign arrived in good time, and looks good.

I am very pleased with my purchase which arrived before the expected date. If the need arose I would certainly purchase from them again.

Avoid purchasing from this company.
Part of my order was delivered and it took multiple emails and contact with my credit card company to resolve the problem. It is impossible to telephone the company. Customer service was very poor.

I looked at a few online businesses offering engraved slate signs and this company had the best design tools allowing me to size and position text exactly as I wanted. The prices are extremely competitive but not the main reason for opting for this company. Order checkout was simple and the order confirmation gave a date for dispatch ‘on or by’. I allowed a reasonable time for delivery and then emailed for an update. I got what appeared to be a standard reply…. orders normally take 3 to 5 business days but I should allow up to 15 and contact again if it still hasn’t arrived. I allowed the 15 business days and still nothing so chased again. The response was reasonably quick and advised that a replacement would be put into production the same day and sent the next. I did get an email to say the order had been dispatched - the only shipping notification I had - within about 3 working days and then the order did arrive. It was well packed to avoid damage. The item is very good with the engraving very neat and crisp. The fixing holes were not perfectly aligned but I compensated for that on installation. Overall it looks great and I am pleased. Such a shame that it took so much longer to arrive than stated on the order confirmation. This company lets itself down with its order management

Initial email received quickly advising of delivery date which came and went with no sign of delivery.
Emailed company and received no response. Phoned company, again no response.
Looked at reviews online which were not positive and came to conclusion that we had lost our money.
Email came out of the blue stating delivery which arrived.
Pleased with the product.

This felt like a rip off. I ordered an engraved slate but it's not a slate. It's actually tile effect. It also had a crack in so I asked for a refund. I emailed and called them around a dozen times - no response whatsoever. A replacement tile was sent out, which I didn't want and would rather my £78 returned. Terrible firm and experience.

If you had had minus stars I would have filled them in. We have had no response to emails, the phone number is out of order and our order is well overdue. I doubt we will ever get it.
