As a graphic designer

As a graphic designer, if there's one thing I can't stand on a POD platform, it's having a design removed when the store is full of similar designs. And I'm talking about my own designs. Yes, they are fanart but they are also fanart that are on the platform and are not deleted.

Don’t use this company

Don’t use this company! All I need is a simple exchange, I’m not even trying to get my money back! I’ve emailed them 5 times about exchanging my order out for a bigger size and they can’t even get back to me. Ridiculous how you run your business this way!

I ordered 3 t-shirts and they arrived 1…

I ordered 3 t-shirts and they arrived 1 month and 1 week after the activity I wanted to used for had already ended. I e-mailed them like 5 times about refunds and take their items back but no response yet despite saying it takes 1-4 business days for a reply. I didn’t pick the parcel from the carrier because there were customs taxes which almost equal to the price of extra t-shirt. It is NOT WORTH the wait and price.These people are SCAMMERS. TAKE CARE. I recommend buying from other brands in your local area

Ordered four T-shirts on the 4th of…

Ordered four T-shirts on the 4th of August from the UK it’s now 6th September and still nothing but a bunch of BullS&@T emails blaming co-vid and system failures .Customer service is non existent and they still have the nerve to send me more offers on products when they can’t even get the first order right .STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE AMATEURS and you will be much happier .

2 months to arrive

Ordered 12 June and received 12th August. No updates on the tracking. I ordered 7 tee shirts and they finally arrived. The print quality is ok, but not the same quality it used to be, so not worth the premium prices they charge. Writing this is the hope others avoid my mistake.

My t-shirts simply didn't arrive

My t-shirts simply didn't arrive. I asked 3 or 4 times about where they were, after about a week I got a response which just gave me the tracking number, which I'd pointed out, in my original contact with them, didn't show anything. There only response was to say wait longer.

When it didn't arrive and chasing them for more weeks eventually they offer me a replacement or a refund. I asked for a replacement, but that was two weeks ago and I've heard nothing back from them.

It's been 2 months since they took my money and I've nothing to show for it.

Avoid like the plague.

Inefficient customer service

Update: They replied back a week after saying that I did not need to return the shirts and they sent me new ones with the right size. My conclusion is that they have an inefficient service(too slow answering back), so they did not see my request asking for exchange before sent the shirts in the first place. At the end that inefficiency cost to them more money because I got 4 shirts when I just paid for 2

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. I tried to return 2 shirts I bought and I requested a return in their website, after 3 days somebody from customer service sent me an email asking if I want return or exchange. Then I replied back saying again that I wanted a return, after that they never reply back.

They should have an easy return process that doesn’t required the intervention of a human, or if they still want a human doing that then the service should be efficient.

Never ordering from them again.

They said they would refund part of my order (which I chose to return because of the cheap, flimsy and poor quality of the items) but they never credited my account. And customer service disappeared when them again I wrote to check the status of my refund...

Zero customer service, awful experience, will never purchase again

Ordered one t-shirt, supposedly printed on time but the tracking info has been sitting at "label printed" for 12 days now. This would suggest they haven't even given the parcel to the courier, and the delivery is supposed to be within 14 days - not looking likely. Emailed them after 5 days to be told it takes "a while" for the courier to scan the package, and then they closed the ticket without actually bothering to look into it. Emailed again after 8 days asking how long "a while" is and am now being ignored by the customer service team. Only reason this review is at 2 stars is on the off-chance the parcel turns up within the next 2 days.

Edit: lowered review to 1 star as DBH customer service is non-existent. Contacted the courier directly and had a response and resolution within a matter of hours - yet still no response from DBH. They must either have no staff at all or they deliberately ignore their customers. Awful experience, will never purchase from them again. Will expect a refund for shipping fee as they are unable to abide by their own policies.

Cool tees on paper but horrible experience

I am so sad to write a poor review for this website as I originally loved the concept but the service I received is probably the worst I have ever experienced with an online merchant. In short:
- I ordered for $700 of tshirts for Christmas gifts early November
- The first package "got lost" so they sent a replacement package in December
- I got it this time but 4 items had issues (wrong sizes, bad prints etc.)
- A replacement order was made to send me correct items
- 20 days later I got the replacement package. 3 out of the 4 t-shirts had the same exact problem as the first bacth
- Today, I got the 2nd replacement package and again, 2 out of the 3 problematic items are still wrong
- Dealing with their customer service is sooooooo slow (you have to wait for 5 business days on average to get a response) and they don't seem bothered at all with all the mistakes and problems.
- It really feels like they don't care whether you get your orders on time or at all. After 4 months, I still don't have all of my Christmas gifts.
- Cherry on the cake, while the designs are cool, it looks like the t-shirts are of very poor quality. 3 of mine have shrinked to a crazy extent after 1 very delivate wash.

I'm so disappointed.

Very scummy strategy, extreme import cost.

They don't cover import costs or even include the taxes you pay on the website, so ordering from the EU results in insanely high extra fees.

Same day I got this invoice they also sent me an e-mail with a digital content code, with the note that:

"PS:: Please note all Sales are final due to the one-time use electronic code, we will be unable to accept returns on the merchandise"

Absolutely scummy that they sent this just minutes after the invoice for the import gets sent in, now I can't even sent my order back because I got this worthless code I didn't even want.

Print life is nothing like it used to be

This is the second time I have bought t-shirts from DBH, the first being 8+ years ago. The shirts I bought 8 years ago have held up amazingly well, and I eventually had to get rid of the shirts because the fabric wore out but the designs were still in great shape.
My more recent purchase was around 17 months ago, and with a wash probably every second or third week all the designs are covered with cracking in the prints - the whites in particular are just blobs 2-3mm square(ish). Even my 'threadless' t-shirts that are 6+ years old and get the same wash frequency are better than these 17-month-old prints. It is really disappointing as I love the designs and the fabric itself seems good but the print longevity is terrible.

Stay away from this store

I ordered a few t-shirts on Sep 6. The website said 4-14 business day delivery estimate. When I contacted customer service after 15 days, they started saying that the delivery estimate is from the shipping date and not the order date, and if I don't receive my order by Sep 29, they'd issue a full refund. Then on Sep 29, they said they just shipped my order and should be there with me "soon".
They just keep lying to their customers and don't ship anything. So I'd like to reiterate what others said and don't buy anything from this store

Quality Control has gone way down hill

Have ordered almost 20 shirts/hoodies from them over the years and they used to be phenomenal. A little pricey but hey you get what you pay for. The last 2 orders though were waaaaay off from what they used to be. I had ordered a t shirt and a hoodie back around Christmas time. The hoodie came out great, but the shirt had almost no print on it. I called them and they reimbursed me so it wasn't a big deal. This time, I ordered 4 shirts from them, and ALL of them have crappy prints. Extremely blurring and double print lines on all of them, almost like they ran out of ink and had to re-print them but didn't get the stencil lined up right. I'm done, this company is too expensive to not have better quality control in place.

Equally terrible quality product and service.

By far the worst quality article of clothing I have purchased. Ink on the prints peeled after first wash. One had a seam come open. Shirts from DBH in 2022 look worse than some I purchased from elsewhere in 2016. I emailed customer service to let them know about the problem; they requested images and then ghosted me. DBH makes disposable garbage; do yourself and the environment a favor and spend elsewhere.
