I ordered 4 shirts 20 days ago. I was supposed to receive them by 4/27. I didn't. So I sent a message to customer service (they have no telephone number). Never received a reply back. Got a message 2 days ago that my package of 4 shirts was being shipped. Got the package today, and it has ONE shirt it, and it wasn't even a shirt I ordered. 🤬
Got t-shirts a couple of years back and…
Got t-shirts a couple of years back and quality was good so returned to buy more. Just received order of 5 t-shirts and the quality has deteriorated significantly. All feel very cheap and quality of print looks exceptionally poor. I know these shirts will be in bin shortly.
Inconsistent sizing, terrible print quality, bad return policy
The sizing of the T-Shirts is not consistent. Some L sized are fit well others are like a tent.
The print quality is terrible. Do not expect to get what you can see on the website.
Return policy is just okay, since you need to manage and pay postage.
If I were an artist I would not give my name to this website.
Scam
As all the others mentioned, don’t order from them. Customer service not exist. I tried to get their attention by leaving comments on fb and ig, asking where is my order, they just deleted all my comments and never responded. I paid for faster shipping, received T-shirts almost three months after promised date. Fabric is bad, graphic not like on a pictures on their website. Awful quality, awful customer service, just stay away from them.

After 2 months, they had not sent the product I had ordered. They then finally responded to my request for a refund stating that "it must have gotten lost in shipping". They never sent me a tracking number which means it was never shipped which means they were lying. They just never even had the product, they wait 2 months and then blame it on a shipper. What a joke. So I figure maybe its pandemic related, I'll just wait for a bit and then get back to them. Well now when I get back to them, they say my ticket is passed the deadline for time in which I have to respond ... can you believe that! So now they are telling me they get to keep my money even though they didn't lift a finger. Pretty sure that would be considered a scam in my court system.
Over a month, not shipped.
As the title suggests, I ordered a number of clothing articles to be sent to Australia by DBH. I was promised my order would be sent within the week after contacting them at the start of December, but that was clearly a lie. DBH claims that the delay was due to "printing facility was a little backed up and it has caused our processing times to increase."
I don't care if your backed up, a heads on your website would be nice. By not notifying the customer of delays outside of the Covid Normal (a week or two at most), DBH is (in my opinion, based upon my experience) clearly saying "Money is more important to us than customer experience". I now need to go running around locally to try to find a bunch of Christmas presents.
In conclusion, DBH is not worth the premium amount you are paying for. You will not receive any greater level customer service compared to other platforms. Reading over the reviews, it appears that the print quality has dropped which might be a bullet dodged anyway.

Just wanted to warn any potential buyers well away from this site as the quality these days is terrible.
We bought a few shirts around 2017 and they were wonderful, worn and washed weekly and still held up.
We just placed another order and the quality has dropped significantly. The shirts are poor quality material and the designs are washed out and awful.
Such a shame as they have a massive pool of talented designers at their disposal and they are doing the artists a complete disservice.

I Hate This Company
I hate this company. If you order something and use your real email, you will be avalanched with junk mail. You will try to unsubscribe and it will not work. You will write to them begging them to for-the-love-of-god STOP sending you junk emails. They will cheerily reply that they sure will, but they WILL NOT. Avoid doing business with these lying scam artists.

Very apparent that they use the cheapest quality t-shirts they can find. The stitching was sewed in a way that attached the sleeve to the back of the shirt which created a large buckle/wrinkle. Why would they use a defective shirt to print on and send out?! No quality control and I had to pay 14$ to send them back. I hope I get refunded, I spent $100 on 4 shirts. Poor fit and poor quality T-shirts. Another internet company selling as little as possible for as much as possible. I will never order from them again.
Groundhog Day
The shirt quality has changed (for the worse) as has the brand they use, as of the date of this post.
I purchased a few shirts at the beginning of 2020 which were soft, good quality shirts made by Next Level. The current shirts they have been sending out are made by Tultex which are made of cheaper feeling lighter material and also fit poorly. (I know this because my wife recently made an order. Here experience with the return was a circular mess.)
I've tried to contact DBH about the brand change however a bot returns an email stating that my ticket has been closed, without a response to the question.
The other posts here are true in my experience. Customer service is dreadfully lacking. Shirt fit and quality has become subpar.

I ordered 8 tees and 2 hoodies and I can’t describe what have I receive! There were really ugly shirts and prints that i wouldn’t wear them even if it were the last clothes on earth. Some of them was wasched out. I receive extremely ugly white hoodie with pink stains on it, as someone had washed it with red clothes. But most important: they have on the website nothing from the crap I got. And I have payed for it 75 bucks!!!! And now I must refund it and pay at least 30€ for shipment from Germany. It’s crazy.
Will never buy here again
Made an order longer than a week ago, only today by checking status found out that it has status holdon. No one tried to contact me, no reason explained. Will never come back again
Bad quality material
I was very disappointed in the stickers not being laminated so the ink comes off and the shirt quality is sub par. I wrote and complained and they didn't respond.

This is a review as a designer. Their site is excruciatingly slow, the upload process is convoluted, they take down designs arbitrarily and when you've proven they were wrong to do it, you still have to go through the process all over again, there are bugs in the system that select, for example, white designs on white backgrounds, they are slow to respond to emails, and slow to approve designs.

Unprofessional and disgraceful!
I ordered 6 t-shirts on 31 Dec 2020, I later received an update on 8 Jan 2021 that my items had shipped. As of today, I've received nothing, like many other people on here.
This level of customer service is an utter disgrace, and very unprofessional. I think they should be investigated for fraud as it appears they are too scared to answer directly when challenged. Going to dispute the transaction via PayPal and try and get my money back. I'm not paying for something that they have no intention of sending.
No response in 6 weeks
Half of my order was defective when it came to the images on the t-shirt. One was blurry, another faded, and a third image was off-center.
Sent an email on Dec 27. Waited 4 weeks, no response. Send another inquiry still no response.
However, I get loads of emails featuring their latest and greatest!
Update: Three defective shirts at $25/each and they refunded me $27. The second credit didn't go through. No response from customer service regarding the replacement of defective shirts or that I would be getting a refund. My only knowledge was a credit on my PayPal account. Working on the second refund.
