I placed an order back on Nov 30, 2020. It's Feb 3, 2021, and I haven't received it. There has been no customer service support to help. That's too bad because the first 4 orders went through OK. I thought I'd be a customer for life. After spending over $850USD on their products, I can't support them because they won't support me when I need them. I'm sad about it because I really liked what they could become. Designed by humans but the human dimension of customer service is absent. If they make a mistake with your order, I believe they will not help you. That has been my experience. Sincerely stay away from this company.

I ordered a t-shirt manufactured by them through an artist's website.

1) The order took a long time to ship.
2) The black printing on the shirt wasn't very solid and it began to fade after about 2 months of normal washing on the gentle cycle. There was a tiny (a little less than 1 cm) brownish smudge line on my brand new white shirt when it arrived. It never washed out.
3) Comes with a couple of shiny Design by Humans promotional stickers which fade and peel if they get wet (I stuck one on the lid of my plastic household trash bin).

I ordered 3 t-shirts on the 24th of November.
It is the 30th of January now and I did not get any items.
They said that it should be delivered between 4-15 of December but there are almost 70 days gone and I did not get any items. I contacted them 3 times but they respond only twice with promises that it will be sent soon.
Really terrible. I expected to receive it as a gift before the NY but even 1 month later it is not delivered yet.

JUST DON’T!

The absolute worst quality of print I have ever seen on a shirt in my life. It looks like Joe Shmoe did it in his garage with a homemade print kit.

The shirts are really poor quality as well and are THIN!

The people selling shirts through this company should be ashamed.

I ordered a t-shirt in October. Contacted their support 3 times.
Neither I received the t-shirt nor I received any reply from their support.

It's almost February.

These guys are a joke.

So disappointing. The print on the t-shirts is really low quality and faded horribly after one wash. They also got one of my t-shirts in my order completely wrong and took 2 weeks to respond. For the price of the shirts, the print quality is ridiculously poor. So sad considering this company used to be good. Quality went waaaaay down hill.

DBH used to be great: on time delivery, great designs and super quality. But they unfortunately are not reliable anymore. A pity I had not checked Trust Pilot before ordering again, because other people clearly experienced non existent customer service too. I ordered last November 2020 and paid for FedEx International priority. A month and a half later, still nothing and I have no reply to the several emails I sent them. No idea what happened to them. Don't spend your money there!

We ordered a T-shirt from DesignByHumans. The product we received does not match the photo they have on their website, terrible quality!... The screen printing is not done properly, the image looks blurry and the colors are faded. We are very disappointed and we will never buy from this company ever again. How can they think their costumers will invest their money in poor quality products like this?

I gave them a one star review. Because 0 stars wasn't an option...just like many others ordered a hoodie for my grandson at Thanksgiving...says it should be here by 11 dec...no tracking #...no phone # wont respond to emails... do not order from this company 😒 😑 🙄 i will be filing a complaint with the postmaster General...and i advise everyone to do the same so people will quit being scammed!!!

I ordered a hoodie on November 30th, 2020. It said that it was being made specifically to what I ordered and I would have it by December 14th. The 14th comes and my order is still "being made". I reached out. Told them I wanted to cancel my order, because it was not going to arrive on time, it was a Christmas gift. They emailed back, more than a week later saying that they had shipped it. It was the 22nd at this point. I explained my situation, and how I couldn't track it because there was no tracking info. They assured me it was on the way, and I explained again, I did not want it. It was going to arrive too late and I was going to buy a different gift to replace it. I have sent at least 3 emails since December 14th. It is now December 31st, and I haven't gotten a single reply back. The hoodie finally arrived on December 29th. And it's the biggest piece of crap I've ever seen! I ordered a size small. BIG MISTAKE!! It's a child size small!! Not an adult size small. The material is SO cheap, and thin, it's like t-shirt material. The print on it was done very poorly as well. I haven't worn it, or washed it, and it's peeling off on the top corner. I have emailed about this as well.. still, no response. A 50$ piece of sh** hoodie! I could have bought a plain black hanes hoodie & put my own logo on the front of it, and it would have been better quality!! The lack of care from them was my biggest concern. The fact they take NO pride in their work. They refuse to acknowledge my concern, and refuse to respond to my emails. I am writing reviews for their poor service, and very, very poor quality work that they're sending out. So, BUYER BE WARNED... IF YOU'VE GOT $ TO BURN, BY ALL MEANS.. THIS IS YOUR PLACE.. IF YOU WANT QUALITY, AND GOOD MANNERS, SHOP AROUND!

Also one of the schmucks that ordered Christmas gifts on 11/26... only to receive them on the 27th (yes, on a Sunday). Returning one for off-centered/poorly pressed graphics. Cannot get any response to multiple emails. The two T-shirts that recipients decided to keep, because they loved the art/designs still had horrible/ questionable printing. Hoping they will last at least through five or six wearing’s. But very doubtful. Definitely never order from this company!

Order #3240017. Item ordered on December 7th, shipped on the 18th and still hasn't arrived on the 26th. There is also no tracking number for the order, which is horrible. This company is very very slow and so far post purchase support appears to not exist.

I ordered 3 items on 11/26 and was told I would receive it by 12/10 for Christmas. It finally shipped on 12/18 and I do not have it for Christmas. There are 3 people that will not receive presents. There was no tracking number provided.

A lesson in seeking out reviews before buying. I ordered on the 29th November, thinking this would be ample time for Christmas, Finally got a shipping notice with no tracking on the 19th of December and , reading these reviews now, doubt I will get anything. If I do I know have serious doubts on the quality

There are heaps of better places to buy t-shirts, don’t buy from here.

I bought a t shirt last year and waited a long time and after complaining received 2 xT shirts. Having redeemed themselves I ordered another in Nov knowing it may take time . This time after 6 weeks I received a card stating I had to pay £ 11.50 custom fee. 3 days till Xmas so I coughed up only to find a badly printed T and low quality T shirt having paid in total £36.50 for £25 t shirt . Royal Mail told me fee if more than £25 and it also came from Sweden not CA . Really poor last time I use them a shame as good designs

Order for Christmas on 11.30.2020. Was never sent tracking info or actually any info on my order. Checked in on 12.15 and the site said my order had been shipped on 12.10. It is now 12.18 and still no order in sight. Contacted customer service days ago still no response. Lesson learned, if I order in future will use reliable company with great rep.

Placed order on 11/25 with 12/9 ETA. Emailed Customer Service (bc of course they don't have a #) 12/11 bc I never got tracking or my order. Took 3 business days for a response which said it hadn't even shipped and it "should ship" this week. Asked about changing the delivery address as it was a Christmas gift that I had ordered in plenty of time to ship with everything else and was told (days later) I could keep waiting for tracking, though that email may not ever come, and then call whomever is shipping it and ask that they switch the address. Ridiculous considering I paid for shipping and orders a month before Christmas....Worst things going on in the world than a late gift, but thought other buyers should beware.

I should have read reviews before ordering from here. Had I known it was from China, would not have ordered. My experience is the same as the rest. Still have not received it and get no response from company If it is poor quality I will be furious!!

Ordered two t-shirts. After eventually arriving, the print was totally off centre.
Sent pictures and was told I would be refunded in full within 10 days.
It is now over 3 weeks with no refund and they're conveniently not responding to my messages.

Got a shirt from there with a design that literally started fading after two to three uses, I emailed them to ask for a replacement but was told that they don't refund or replace after that long of a time. That'd be understandable if it had been over a year and I'd been using the shirt multiple times a week, but I've literally only used it like three times. Won't be buying from this company again, wouldn't recommend anyone else buy from them either. Absolute rubbish.
