First class service and very friendly staff. The prices are keen and the products are just what we need.

They will gladly sell you Commercial printers, plotters and scanners but when the very expensive COMMERICAL GRADE equipment they sell you has issues there only suggestion is to buy another one... on what planet are they living on where they think I would willingly hand over several thousand more pounds for more un-serviceable and un-maintainable equipment that you can only throw in the bin! they will also spam email and call you endlessly even when you ask them to stop.

I was very disappointed with Design Supply.
As a first time buyer.
After they get the money they don't care.
You get a dispatched noticed with in 24hrs
only for a phone call the same day saying it's out of stock and it will take 45+ days, but you can buy some of there more expensive paper. Then a email saying managed to find another supplier who has a shorter ETA.
You are now looking at 10-14 days for delivery.
Now the 14 days are up you get another email saying Unfortunately, Epson have pushed the ETA back from my supplier. Would be looking at another 7-10 days as a minimum. As of looking today on there site they are still selling the same paper witch they say is out of stock.
Would I recommend them to any one NO.

Running short of plotter ink, my order was dispatched immediately, before my current supply ran out. Design Supply always look after my company, responding to supply requests efficiently. I recommend them to large and small companies.

This was the first time I’d been ordering paper and after looking at the website wasn’t sure at all which one to buy and also as it’s online it’s pretty much impossible to see its texture. I spoke to Chris Fearon who told me exactly what sort of paper I’d need for what I was trying to do. The paper arrived within two days and was exactly what I was looking for. Great service and advice from this company. I needed to replace my old A1 Printer and the advice I received was so helpful. They helped me choose the correct printer for my needs and it was delivered the next day. I am a complete technophobe but they also helped by sending useful links on how to install the machine. I am happy to say it is now all installed and happily churning out prints and it is SO quiet!!

Called Alistair, and needed a new A1 printer. He gave me great advice and guidance and withing two days we had the printer up and running in our office.
