I have been speaking with Phillip Jolly regarding a replacement printer for our Epson 9800. He has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He has made recommendation based on what I have told him and give me good information. He sent me test prints for two printers using a file of my choice. I also appreciate the fact that although he is a salesman he has not been pushy or made me feel under pressure to buy.

Excellent customer service, especially Phil Jolly, who guided me through the process giving recommendations on what to buy and even helping when I had an issue installing. I have had follow up call to find out how the machine is going, and to make sure everything was ok with delivery, which I have never had from a company before. I would highly recommend Design Supply Ltd. I will defiantly be using them again.

Excellent and very helpful service. Would have been 5 stars apart from some problems with the courier firm - couldn't find the address, then arrived damaged, but replacement was arranged speedily and quibble-free. Would certainly recommend and use again.

Really happy with the excellent service from design supply. Never let me down and the prices are competitive so no complaints. My contact Chris is spot on and always timely with replies etc and checks in to make sure all is well so I couldn’t ask for better after care. My large format printer bought from design supply has been faultless from day one but it’s reassuring knowing that design supply are there if I had an issue. Chris knows my software so lets me know deals as I’m a up and coming artist.
