I did shop around for a new A1 printer
I did shop around for a new A1 printer, Design Supply were not the cheapest, but were only about £20 more expensive than the cheapest on line, they were the most knowledgeable and helpful so I decided it was safer to order with them.

Design Supply, a fantastic supplier for all your office goods!
I have dealt with Design Supply for many years now and would highly recommend them. I deal with a gentleman called James Wilson, he is very efficient, polite and happy to help. He never fails to go the extra mile for me. Most of my orders are last minute, but delivery is always next day! Fantastic customer service. Well done Design Supply!!

Excellent Customer Service
I've never had a bad experience with Design Supply. Charlie (Douglas) is a great supplier to work with and is always very helpful when I have any questions about the products. We always have a topped up supply of products and never have the chance to run out! I will keep using Design Supply and hope to continue business with them in the future.

Design Supply - Big thumbs up from us.
We've used Design Supply for a number of years now and no matter who we contact or speak to always 1st class service, be it for servicing our plotter, getting new print heads or just a set of inks and paper. I'm also often tempted by their great offers on new machines, wouldn't the world be a better place if every company operated like those at Design Supply!

THEY DID WHAT THEY PROMISED
I was in a difficult position as I had an ancient 20 year old max cadliner machine which had become faulty which is the backbone of my business as I still prepare hand drawn architectural technical plans.
Having looked on the web the only two companies that offered a repair service subject to spare parts still being available was Design Supply and a guy in the USA.
I contacted Design supply who clearly explained that parts were short in supply owing to the age of the machine but they would do there best to help out . I send the machine to them on a Monday and the machine was back with me on the Friday morning repaired and serviced .
Very happy with the customer service from all those at Design Supply that I spoke to and would recommend them to anyone on this performance . Thanks once again for resolving what was going to be a big problem for me
