We have no hesitation in recommending Design Supply. We have used them for many years and are extremely happy with the service we have received from them. Originally purchasing a large format printer we received great advice and support and later we started to use them to provide our studio supplies.
James, our account manager is very friendly, professional and efficient. He sources products for us at extremely competitive prices and goes out of his way to ensure we know about special offers on products that we use regularly.

I purchased a new A1 plotter from Design Supply last week, they were enormously helpful with all my queries, very knowledgeable and efficient, I need the machine and consumables for it very urgently, ordering in the afternoon the new machine was with me by 10.00 am the following morning with paper and inks following before noon - we were fully operational on a major print run that afternoon.
Queries about technical issues were very speedily covered in a phone call.
Very efficient service and worth noting I could have purchased the machine nominally cheaper but would have waited 5-7 days for delivery!

As a Reprographic department in a school, price is top of the list when it comes to purchases, small or large. I did look at other large format printers but having had an earlier model for the last 7 years and was happy with the performance and the end product, I decided to keep to the same but to upgrade. The price was very good compared to other models that did the same job. Our account manager at Design Supply was very helpful and came back to me very quickly with answers to any questions or concerns I had. There was no pressure selling but just good advice. The printer is more compact that the previous model and takes roll and cut paper. Delivery was very quick and the printer was easy to assemble.

Not only was the price unbeatable, a pleasant representative spotted that I misinterpreted print heads for the large format printer I purchased as print cartridges and corrected my misinterpretation. He then checked with me that the product I had chosen was indeed the product from the comprehensive Design Supply range that best suited my needs at that best price they had to offer. I have every confidences in the future that Design Supplies will direct me to the best solution for me and not there bank balance. The repeat business they secure will of course pay dividends in the future. Having the confidence to leave the product selection to Design Supply saves Findlay Irvine (FI) many man hours in product selection leaving FI to get on with the business of performing chargeable tasks there by maximizing profits.

Design Supply are a fantastic company to deal with. From the beginning I dealt with Julie who was very informative regarding the products and steered me on the right path. The delivery & installation were on time with no disruption to our office as promised. I would definitely recommend Design Supply without a doubt!!!!
