Orderd some Boxershorts , good and fast delivery.
but size does not fit , tried 3 RMA request forms ,several emails, NO contact At ALL !!!

I always look forward to receiving lingerie from Dessus Dessous. Delivery is fast and free. Quality is superb as always.

Great service always pick up the phone and have a english speaking saleswoman. I ordered 3 times. Al in the sale. First was a fast deleviry second ik got a email that my sizes was sold and no longer availble en got straight away my refund. And the 3th time it was delayed because not al items where in stock. But after 3 weeks it was perfectly deliverd. So thank you dessus dessus

This website feels like a fraud and I'm planning on taking this further, placed an order a while ago now (almost three weeks!) and I don't have the goods I paid for nor do i have my money. And it is not the first time I have problems when I order from them. contacting my bank first thing Monday

I placed my order about 4 weeks ago but still didn't receive my order. I emailed Dessus Dessous about this fact but didn't get any answer even I sent reminder several times.

By far the worst ecommerce company. I placed an order 18 days ago, still received no shipping notification despite they charged my credit card. I sent multiple requests asking about the status of my order and no response. Today I sent another request and they replied saying they cancelled my order, just like that, because I made a complaint. DO NOT shop with this company.

Placed an order on july 14th. Still no shipping information. No response to emails. Not available through phone. Seems like this is a company going out of business and trying to steel some last pennies from innocent shoppers. Total scam!

Its been three weeks now since I placed my order ( 2000117955 ) and they withdraw my money. However no sign of the lingerie and the order is still just saying processing. Tried contacting customer service but no reply from them either.

We ordered there and sent the item back. After they received the return, we suddenly received an email after 5 weeks that they do not refund because the item was dirty. (tried once and returned the same day).

Ordered on July 9th, after 10 days still no shipping, no information, no reply on my e-mails. I am going to claim my payment back via PayPal.

Update: I received my order July 27th. One item is missing, I was informed about this by e-mail that was written in French. I am waiting the refund.

It looks like France is not functioning during the summer. Any information on the website would be useful.

They don’t even deserve a one star review. Placed an order on 1/7/22 and after one week, I contacted them to request a status update. Received 2 mails from 2 different employees: one to inform me my order will be cancelled because not all items were available and another to inform me the shipment was delayed. After 12 days waiting on a clear answer I requested a reimbursement (possible according to EU guidelines). In the meantime I haven’t received a confirmation so tried contacting them by phone but it seems they are not eager to pick up. I definitely regret ordering here and hope to be reimbursed asap.

Update: Made a claim to my credit card company. They investigated it and it only took them 2 days to issue a credit note. I got my money back and learned my lesson.

Show items on stock and keep showing them on stock when they allready telephoned you the articles are permanently out of stock;
customer service department makes you wait more then 110 minutes on the phone (and still waiting ...);
they annul an order you place and after 10 days I still have NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK: it takes a single click on a button to return the money;
DISTASTROUS _ NEVER AGAIN - FEELS LIKE FRAUD

I've been happily ordering with Dessus Dessous since 2013, however lately they seriously disappoint. The orders not shipped out for more than a week, or in case of my latest one, not at all. The stock is much less, some brands not supplied at all anymore and what you see on the website might end up being unavailable, which you won't realise until you place an order, pay it and wait for a week. Very sad to see a formerly successful and reliable store going down.

- order placed 08 july
- wrote them to cancel the order on 20 july as nothing been sent yet and I don't even need it anymore
- got a reply on 22 july that some of the stuff is unavailable but the rest would be sent to me

it seems like there is just one person working, really don't know what else to think

I've been purchasing from Dessus Dessous for years and they offer beautiful, high end lingerie at super prices.

My go to lingerie shop . Delivery could perhaps be quicker , but it has gotten better over the years I have shopped there. You know what quality you get and the website is easy to manoeuvre , the selection vast ..easy return. wouldn’t shop anywhere else.
