Returned goods 2 weeks ago for a refund but still not had anything paid back.

Initially they contacted me after I had left a poor review of their product as it was 'fan art' and not official merchandise, although their advert didn't mention it being 'fan art'. I was then told I could return the item for a refund which I did but the refund has not been made. I am also yet to receive a reply to 3 emails to their customer service person.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
I feel I am also going to be a victim of this scam.
Ordered on the 17/11/17 money taken out on the Monday also on the Monday I received a shipment email, which didn't include the tracking number, emailed them twice left a message on Facebook have not had any reply.
It is now a waiting game to see if I get my order, they have until Monday 27/11/17 to contact me (which I guess is very doubtful).
Disappointed as these were Christmas presents.
Update: still no reply. Would just be nice if they could just get back to me and give me the tracking number. Frustrating as they keep updating their website, no customer service either, sort it out!!

Not impressed with the service offered by Destination G, both my wife and I have tried calling / emailing / tweeting and had no responses as of yet.

Do not order from here complete scam. I was taken in by the Rick and Morty nerd box ordered it 3rd November, received one e-mail on the 5th saying it would be going out with Hermes the next day. Still not arrived, all emails being ignored and money was taken.

Don't order from hear, placed order on 2nd November still no parcel. No response to my emails will try to claim my money back now

Scam Scam Scam after a week of calls and emails still no one call back or email think ill just need to clame my money back with bank card company. Avoid at all cost.
Up Date : received a email saying it was getting delivered.........but after a few days it came up no longer required, after a few email with tracking company found out it has been cancelled by the sender ?New up date 20/11/2017 logged on to parcel2go to find out it will be delivered tomorrow? So fingers crossed. I'll do a update and let you's known if its all been worth it.

Ordered a Rick and Marty mystery box on 7th November 2017, with an arrival date of 10th November. I've tried tracking the parcel also but there is NO tracking number avalible to me.

The phone number won't connect just as the review below and I've sent two emails a few days ago and I've still heard NOTHING.

I will give them 10 more days for the parcel to arrive or for someone from the company to contact me before I claim my money back.

Due to complete lack of communication I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered Rick and Marty mystery box on 5th November 2017, with an arrival date of Tuesday 7th November. I've tried tracking the parcel but I wasn't sent a tracking number. It's been a week now and still no parcel. The phone number won't connect and I sent a message through their site 3 days ago and I've still heard NOTHING. I will give them 1 more week for the parcel to arrive or for someone from the company to contact me before I claim my money back. I wouldn't recommend this company to my friends or family.

Order has still not been dispatched after two weeks..... tried to call and and email and unable to get a responce
UPDATE.. Now item is showing Furfilled so hopefully will be deliveryed soon :)
2nd UPDATE... 8 days since my last post and nothing!!!! i have tried to email every days and no joy also tried to call and the phone is engaged..... i will give it another week before i open a case with the visa card company, i would not mind waiting if the company said that there would be a bit of a wait

My son bought this mystery box and was not disappointed. It had lots of useful things. A snap back hat, water bottle, 2 x t shirts and a few other bits too.

Did my order and nothing..... i have tried to email but no responce, i think there stuff looks amazing but customer service bery poor just wish i did not have to do the bad feedback,

With regards to order number #2025, tried contacting the number provided of 01305 897802, which is constantly engaged, emailed both email addresses listed on contact and got a bounce back straight away saying not in use. Ordered on Friday at 9.10am and still no email to say it has even been despatched. Unable to contact anyone with regards to customer service and the money has been taken out already???

As a massive MARIO fan I saw the mystery box and I thought I would give it a go.... what a waste of money..

2 T-shirts in the box is poor Quality(get better at a market). The printing on them is very very poor. Could do a better job at home with my printer.

The drinks bottle looks like it come out of a 99p store. The baseball cap is ok and there’s a carry string bag with is nothing write home about...

All in all... DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM HERE

For the money spent in my opinion not the best at all not even worth it, was very disappointed what was in the box, the prints on the t-shirts small and was bad quality, a canvas bag and a bottle holster with no use of interest , a figure or some sort would of been better,
The only thing that looked good in the box was the hat

Quick turnaround, personalised item, the top was larger than the size guide so don't order larger than you need. I will use again.

Very quick service and excellent for the price my son will love it at Christmas

Loved the shirts, they came a little bit later than expected but these guys are legit. You get what you order. The girl I ordered the shirts for loved them and now I want some. gonna have to make another order soon. Thank you for the response, told you id fix my review!
