This was our first time booking a holiday through Destination2, and I have to say that Nadine made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable.
From the moment we spoke to her, she was friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure we found the right holiday for our family. She took the time to answer all our questions and never made us feel rushed, no matter how many things we asked.
What really stood out was how reassuring she was throughout the booking process. Booking a holiday is a big expense, and it's natural to have a few concerns, but Nadine's knowledge and confidence put our minds at ease. She explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable that we were making the right decision.
By the end of the process, we felt completely confident in our booking and genuinely excited about our holiday. Excellent customer service can be hard to find these days, but Nadine went above and beyond.

I received excellent service from Joseph Weeks at Destination2 from start to finish. Joseph was always polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him.

I changed my requirements several times, and Joseph was more than happy to provide multiple quotes, check different flight options, and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel like I was a nuisance.

What really stood out was his communication. He always phoned me back when he said he would and replied to my emails promptly, keeping me updated throughout the whole booking process.

It’s rare to receive customer service of this standard these days, and Joseph made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Joseph and Destination2 to anyone looking to book a holiday.

Ive just booked to travel to the Maldives with Nadine at Destination 2. I must say she was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. She went through flights and explained about the sea plane and she was more than happy to answer all my questions. Nadine was very friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. When I come to book again I will definitely ask to speak to Nadine personally.

We booked a Dubai package for 14 people through Destination2 and initially got a good price. The problems started when I tried to extend our stay by 3 nights.

Customer service told me I had to email my request instead of handling it on the phone. After emailing, I waited 3 working days with no response. When I called again, they finally sent a quote — but it expired almost immediately, before I had a real chance to review it.

I fly Emirates every year and always book directly with them, so I know their customer service well. Due to the current situation in Dubai, Emirates were offering a free flight date change. When I asked Destination2 to apply this, they quoted me £1,516 for the change. I explained multiple times that the airline change itself was free, but the price kept increasing each time I called, and staff didn’t seem willing to engage with what I was saying. I ended up paying £4,216 in total just to amend the dates.

This was my first time booking a holiday through Destination2, and unfortunately it’s put me off using a travel agent for this kind of trip again. The upfront deal was appealing, but if you need to make any changes afterward, be prepared for slow email-only responses and significant extra charges — even for changes the airline itself offers for free.

My advice: get everything in writing before you book, ask directly what amendment fees look like, and consider whether booking flights and hotels separately might give you more flexibility and better service if plans change.

The team, especially Finn, was very helpful and patient with my holiday booking for a package holiday. I would definitely recommend using Destination2 from a value for money and service perspective.
