I can't recommend Nadine highly enough! She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and made booking our holiday such an easy and enjoyable experience. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of our questions and helping us find the perfect holiday to suit our needs.

Nothing was too much trouble, and her friendly, professional approach gave us complete confidence throughout the booking process. It's rare to receive such exceptional customer service these days, and Nadine really went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right.

Nadine organised our second trip with Destination 2 . First class - firstly to Oman and now to Sri Lanka. She tries hard to get the best deal on flights and helps to determine which hotels to select- very friendly and understanding.Would recommend her strongly.

Last minute booking to Barbados, departing Saturday, Nadine was superb. All booked and sorted in 30 minutes! Saved me £1000 compared to other websites. Smoothly done, friendly and was sympathetic to my hangover after England's defeat last night in the World Cup semi final.

2nd Holiday I have now booked through this company. Really good communication and they work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. Definitely recommend.

Have used this company a few times and never disappointed. I went to book online but didn’t complete. Got a phone call from Nadine who was so friendly, knowledgeable and booked my holiday with no hassle. Nadine explained exactly what I was paying for and made sure I was happy before going ahead. I guess this company is good at selling holidays, but absolutely awful after that if for some reason you need to cancel. Their "customer service" is terrible! They don't care, they feed you lies. It took me to leave a bad review for them to actually refund me (after 14 weeks!) But was told, and I quote from their response "We also note that your request for the refund to be processed via BACS was made only recently and which requires greater security checks" and they still refunded to my credit card causing me further delays in receiving my money! I even emailed their CEO Andy Freeth, who did not even respond! Not a surprise! AVOID!!!

Great customer service. Even when agents are not available they return calls promptly.
Always search for the best deals.

I rang to book a holiday to Thailand with 2 nights in Bangkok added on at the end. I spoke with Matt and he could not have more helpful. After giving him info he emailed it back to me to check. After talking me through the option I paid a deposit and received all the documents almost immediately. Matt gave me his email and direct line number so if I have any questions or worries I can contact him easily. As I said Matt could not have been more helpful and I am confident our holiday arrangements will be smooth.
