2nd time choosing to go to Phuket with you.very straightforward booking process

Cancellation and changes out of our control being charged for.
Airline flights vary affecting booking.
Destination 2 Charges are made for any changes - eg flight or accommodation that are out of the control of the consumer - Minimum of £50 per person. Other platforms and sites do not do this but it is left at the discretion of the hotels or airlines if any additional charges should be made.
(I had to change my booking by one day last year because the airline cancelled my original flight, and I was NOT charged by the hotel or booking site).
MY change on this booking was made 1 day after the original booking and company have refunded original deposit, hence the change in review marking.

Dan was excellent, he listened to our requirements and gave us different options clearly outlining price differences to find the best fit for our holiday. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Alan was extremely responsive, catered to our ever changing itinerary's quickly and came up with the best price.

Destination2 was the only site that offered the specific hotel we hoped to book. We booked over the phone and Stephen helped to arrange our hotel without delay and helped to research other extras that we will consider closer to the travel date. I checked Trustpilot first and saw the high rating which gave me confidence to proceed.
