Great service

My son had mentioned Destination2 a few times. I checked out the website and it’s a really good easy one. So made the call and I got Keely! So we chatted about a Maldivian island I had my eye on. Didn’t do the booking that day as wanted to look further. However, we found another island and decided to book it today. I called and Keely rang me back.

I’ll be honest, if I get somebody on the end of the phone who sounds
like ‘they can’t be bothered’ I’ll ring back to find somebody who is interested.

I have to say that this was one of the most pleasant bookings I’ve ever made. (Ive done a good few in my time). No rush, no pressure and a great deal.

Gave me great confidence in booking future trips with her. I also feel I wouldn’t be a nusiance if I needed to ask further questions. (As you do with some companies once they have your money)!

Fantastic prices! Used them a good few times, never had any issues, just a minor one this time with them giving us the wrong airline booking code but easily sorted by the airline itself. Would still prefer being able to call etc

Nikita was brilliant despite me tweaking details on several occasions.
If I emailed her with a question or slight change she sorted it and came back to me with clear and concise answers.

I made, contact for a trip to Thailand a couple of weeks ago and received a quotation and a follow up call from Alan Bryant in Chester.
Alan dealt with us professionally without pressure and after a few tweaks to our original request we made the booking with him yesterday (6th July) great service and very attentive.

Spoke to a sales advisor called ‘Joseph’ who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product and made the customer experience very enjoyable.

Excellent customer service provided by Nikita. Knowledagble and clarrified everything very clearly and effeciently. I will certainly use this company again.

Just booked with Nadine a holiday for 2027, she is an absolute star, we booked with her back in 2024 too and was pure coincidence to speak to her again, as I was having trouble booking online.

Booking our holiday with Alfred Gadsby of Destination 2 was excellent. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.
We enjoyed our holiday which included flights, hotels, a cruise and all transfers. Everything was well organised and went to plan. Transfer taxi companies were flexible and on time.

We had a few issues on our three centre holiday in March. Destination2 were uncontactable by phone due to them being extremely busy during the Middle East conflict at the time.
I contacted their customer service via email once I returned home, outlining our concerns. It was dealt with by Chelsea who did sterling job and carried out a detailed investigation into my claim. Over the next couple of weeks of collating evidence backed up by WhatsApp messages, my issues were satisfactorily resolved and my faith in Destination2 was restored. Based on this agreeable outcome, we still hope to continue to use them for future holidays

The website is great compared to some other rivals. I was able to easily view the information and options before booking my holiday.

Stefanie has been really helpful in getting our big family holiday together. We have our holiday booked and it’s just what we wanted. 😊
