Ordered connection for 1. September 2025 and still haven't good the connection up and running. Reached out to customer- and technical service multiple times, but no one were able to give an estimate on when the connection could be established. It has been 15 days I could not have even my router yet? I’m just waiting to have internet connection in my house. I chose Glasfaser because of recommendation of my friends, and I’m about to regret.

We’ve been trying to get our internet connection activated since early June – and we’re still waiting, with zero helpful answers or solutions from Deutsche Glasfaser. The only thing they keep repeating is: “We can’t do anything.” Absolutely unacceptable.
We were told the line was inactive, but we have confirmation from our landlord that the previous tenant had an active DG connection. We also have further instructions in their app to connect the router, even with an activation code, but they refuse to send the router and block any attempts to escalate the issue. Every single call ends with vague promises and no action at all. Written messages are ignored, calls are not logged, and we get conflicting information every time we speak with someone. They are lying to us, maybe in an attempt to make us quiet or tire us. Last week, someone said the router was arriving in a couple of days. This week, they said the router was never on the way and went back to saying the line is not active and there's nothing they can do. So what can WE do to proceed? They also don't know.
We've repeatedly asked for written communication to explain the situation and confirm that they will cover the additional costs we’re incurring, but these requests have been completely ignored.
They refuse to offer any alternative or temporary solution, unlike other providers who at least supply something like a USB stick for mobile internet. This shows a complete lack of customer care and responsibility.
We have been completely without internet for over a month. I work from home in a remote area and cannot perform my job without internet. This is directly impacting my performance and putting my employment at risk.
We’ve had to rely on expensive mobile data, which is unstable and not a long-term option. It’s outrageous that in 2025, a company can treat customers this way and get away with it.
To be clear, I’m speaking on behalf of both myself and my husband, who is the official contract holder. We are now submitting a formal complaint to the Bundesnetzagentur and will take further legal steps if necessary. This is beyond bad service – it’s total neglect. If we had another option, we would cancel the contract immediately. We’re even considering giving up fiber entirely just to avoid any connection with Deutsche Glasfaser.

They contacted me to give more details about my case, but I missed the deadline during the weekend. They did reached out to my husband after they received the Bundesnetzagentur notice, but our status is still the same with no progress at all.
