3rd week and waiting

3rd week and waiting , still no internet. Waiting times on call up to 20minutes to get someone. It’s so frustrating.

Worst experience ever

We signed a contract back in August 2024 but still no service! Our house is connected long time ago...
When you call their hotline, they just keep lying, saying "please wait, our tech team who make connection will contact you soon".
Now it's June 2025...
What a shame!!

The procedure to make a conToo complicated procedure but great teamtract is a…

The procedure to make a contract is a bit too complicated with too many steps during which something goes wrong (for example, you ask for confirmation of the contract where you ask for the customer number without ever having given me my customer number, I had to call support).
However, I must say that the three people I contacted by phone were all kind, professional and spoke a good level of English.
As a conclusion, I am very satisfied so far.
