Anfang Januar haben wir bei Deutsche Glasfaser einen Antrag für einen Internetanschluss gestellt.
Am 28. Februar hatten wir immer noch keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten und haben deshalb telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen. Der Mitarbeiter bestätigte, dass eine Stornierung möglich sei, da keinerlei Leistung erbracht wurde, und bat uns, dies schriftlich per Kontaktformular zu bestätigen. Das haben wir getan.
Zu unserer Verwunderung erhielten wir am 10. und 17. März Nachrichten von Deutsche Glasfaser, in denen stand, dass eine Stornierung nicht möglich sei, da wir bereits Kunde wären.
Mittlerweile sind fast drei Monate vergangen, wir haben immer noch kein Internet, und es liegt eindeutig ein Vertragsbruch sowie äußerst kundenunfreundliche Kommunikation seitens Deutsche Glasfaser vor.
In early January, we applied for an internet connection with Deutsche Glasfaser.
On February 28, having still received no response, we contacted them by phone. Their representative confirmed that cancellation was possible due to non-delivery of services and asked us to confirm this in writing through their contact form, which we did.
To our surprise, we received messages from Deutsche Glasfaser on March 10 and March 17, stating cancellation was not possible because we were already customers.
Now, almost three months later, we still have no internet connection. This constitutes a breach of contract and extremely customer-unfriendly communication by Deutsche Glasfaser.
@Verena and Glasfaser: so a couple weeks passed by. Of course we contacted glasfaser again and asked to forward our message to you Verena.The so-called solution has not been achieved. Verena, if you genuinely want to help resolve this situation, it might be a good idea to contact us directly. Obviously, there seems to be no way to reach you, and your message appears to be decorative.

No English UI on app or website. For some reason it takes at least a week to activate service in a house that already had a connection.

Beware, support does not exist. Nobody is on Whatsapp channel besides AI.
Also as many people mentioned, YOUR CONTRACT STARTS SAME day you make an order, even if there is no connection ready. Your line may still be in 'digging' phase, still bound to your Vormiter, who flew away. You will learn about it later, usually in 1-2 months.
This may only work if you have your own house, and have plenty of waiting time ahead. If you need internet right now for work, DG is a big joke.
UPDATE: contract starts not same day you make order, but in 2 days after they send you back papers - what a great relief for us, customers :)

I returned a call from Deutsche Glasfaser to ensure I knew what was needed. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and walked me through the process.

The communication is terrible, after closing a 24month deal for 1000Mb Glassfaser there was no further information received.
When calling, the operators where passing my call between 4 different people, the last one being kind of rude.
After 1 week I still don't know when I will have internet... wouldn't choose it if I had other option.

The process is simple and easy to follow, it would be helpful however, to have a languages option for people who still don't quite understand German
