The company canceled our contract during building phase based on surveying technicians belief that we were the renters of the house we own. No one asked for clarification oe notified us by mail or email that our contract would get canceled; simply canceled our contract. I contacted the same representative who "sold" us the idea of installing glass fiber internet and we started a new contract and customer account. Several days later I received an email asking for some information about . I reply to the email and was told that that contract/account was canceled as well! At this point I'm not even sure that want glass fiber from your company...you're 20 years late anyways.
