Here at Devonalds we like to think that we have a different approach to most law firms. We pride ourselves in being approachable. We are not only your legal advisors - we are also your neighbours, and sometimes we are also your friends. Our staff all live in the same communities as you. We shop in the same shops, we go to the same gyms, pubs or clubs, we have the same dreams and problems, and our day to day lives are similar. So we know exactly how important that legal problem is to you.

Very poor service for conveyancing
Very poor service for conveyancing. Slow, incorrect advice and rude with it. Made formal complaint which again was dealt with in a dismissive and unhelpful manner. Eventually Legal Ombudsman judgement against them for poor service and significant reimbursement of fees paid.
I would avoid. There are plenty better out there.
I used them for the sale of my house and i would not recommend them. They are really slow and really condescending. I was often ignored when asking for an update and if it got to the point where I would even mention that I felt I wasn't being responded to I'd get an earful as they leaped on the defense. Then to top it off we have had issues with our home since moving regarding our neighbours. We feel the issue is why the previous owners moved so I went back to Devonalds for support as the previous owners had to legally make this known to us. The responded to me saying that they were not interested! Can you believe it! What a terrible company to use.
