I have found all the staff members who have come to service or problem calls very polite and efficient. They know their jobs well.
They can be very busy but are still able to achieve reasonable response times - that is the only reason why they aren't five stars.

Mr Haley, thank you for your review. We do our best to get an engineer to your property on the same day of the call. During extremely busy periods we may have to book you in for the following day but we always respond within 24 hours.
