What an excellent company. Matt responded immediately to my initial query and helped me to choose the right boiler for my home. Liam and Tom installed the boiler earlier this week. They were delightful to have in the house and dealt so professionally with the unexpected problems of installing a boiler in a very old house with thick granite walls! What had appeared to be a daunting process was made easy for me. A huge thank you to Devon Heating Services.

What an excellent company. Matt and his team did a full central heating installation for us with designer radiators and new boiler. I was impressed with their professional attitude, attention to detail and the quality of their work and problem solving abilities. They worked hard and always cleaned up after a day's work. I particularly liked the personal touch. Matt was there from start to finish and supported his team throughout. All his team were skilled and knowledgeable. Devon Heating Services installed a new boiler for us last week and they are one of the most professional companies we have used in a long time. All of the guys were extremely skilled and conscientious, and they left the house spotless. All were really polite and so easy to deal with. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be using them for the annual service.

From first to last my experience with Devon Heating has been absolutely first class. Matt responds promptly and positively to all contacts and turns up exactly when stated. He is helpful, polite and professional and provided a comprehensive and competitive quote. As a Bosch "expert" his fitting ensures a 10 year manufacturer's guarantee. On the day he and Liam worked very efficiently and cleanly on our installation, and on the other bits and pieces I had requested and were very respectful of the restrictions created by Covid and the current "lockdown". All went smoothly although our aged system did create some issues for them when flushing out, but they worked patiently and effectively to ensure all was A1 before leaving. Very happy. I was looking for a decent and trustworthy service to upgrade my age old boiler. I got what I was looking for. I had my boiler changed in July and my house is up and running very smoothly in terms of heating and hot water. Matt and Liam are doing fine job.

Emergency with my Gas Boiler in the early hours - 1am - Devon Heating Services helped me when I found myself trying to sort the problem while being On Call, as a nurse, for the NHS. Service was given with politeness and warmth in spite of the time - a Huge Thank you.

We highly recommend Matt & Liam. We switched from British Gas to Devon Heating for all of our rental properties. The service they offer is outstanding with a very excellent services along with a 'can do' attitude, and they are very open and honest and all at a very competitive price. Attention to detail is extremely high along with cleanliness during the duration of their work. But for us trustworthy goes along way. When they have the keys to your properties and you know the property is going to be left immaculate and everything working. They go the extra mile which makes us (as the landlord) feel happy but most of all our tenants are left happy too.

Outstanding service from a great team; extremely professional and a pleasure to have in the house. Excellent professional service from our very first contact. Consistently turn up on time; well presented, clean; (quite!!) quiet; can-do approach; helpful; excellent finishing eg minor boxing and plastering after boiler installation. And overall a very fair price. We look forward to continuing heating-system support under ongoing arrangements.

I was very impressed with Matt and Liam's work. They installed a new boiler and pressurised hot water tank for me - which is all working well, They came when they said they would, worked hard and their pipework is beautiful. All excellent!

Matt, along with Liam, removed our existing wall hung oil fed boiler and unvented hot water cylinder, and carried out the installation of a Worcester Heatslave External 25/32.
I have to say, my wife and I were really impressed by Matt and Liam’s work. Their work is tidy, they are professional and are friendly and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed with how they dealt with unforeseen complications with no issues whatsoever. Definitely recommend this firm. P.S the Worcester-Bosch combination system they fitted is an awesome system

Just had a new boiler fitted by Devon Heating Services - I can highly recommend these guys - professional , punctual , clean, and tidy . The price quoted was the price paid and they were extremely helpful with advice leading up to the installation. Also they managed to source some of the things needed for installation that the manufacturer did not deliver on the day of installation and saved the day - very impressed with this level of service and will definitely use them again. Would not hesitate to recommend to others especially as they are Worcester Bosch accredited installers.

My boiler broke down and was beyond repair , got a good quote from Matt . Fast and efficient service . A new boiler installed by Duncan and Craig within days . They were very helpful taking care with social distancing , making a neat job of the installation and left everything spic and span .
I had got a quote from a national company which was cheaper but the warranty arrangements put me off and when I checked Trustpilot the reviews were mixed . I realised they sold boilers but subbed the work out .
I am pleased I went with a local firm , the service was excellent and I can highly recommend them .

Extremely impressed from start to finish with the service provided by these guys. Struggled to find a decent plumber for years and finally feel confident I have someone I can trust. Even with Covid-19 when my boiler broke down and was potentially dangerous Matt assessed it over the phone and Duncan installed a new boiler. Excellent workmanship, punctual, professional, clean and tidy and took time to explain everything to me(from a distance 😂) Even went out of his way to patch up our bath which had some enamel chipped. No hidden costs, good value. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Thanks so much👍

The fit itself was undertaken by Liam and Matt,
and they were brilliant,nothing too much trouble.
Can't recommend them enough.

We would like to continue the positive trend for The Devon Heating co and say we have just had a new boiler installed which we are very pleased with and it came out at a very reasonable cost. The process from the initial visit to installation was very professional, with everything including boiler options being clearly explained and all "mess" tidied up and all done it good time. They could not have done more and a very genuine business to deal with. We wish them luck for the future and do pop by for a cuppa if in the postcode again! an

Matt and his team were brilliant.
They were friendly, helpful and informative through the whole process.
I know very little about boilers but they were never condescending and were very knowledgeable.
We had a new boiler put in and they took our old one away and left no mess, all of this was done very swiftly and with minimal disturbance.
I would definitely recommend them.

Matt and the team just fitted a new boiler for us this week. We couldn’t fault anything they did. From on time arrival to do the instant quote (3 different options) to the guys arriving on time each day. This wasn’t an easy job as we had a 30 year old boiler taken out from the kitchen and the new one installed in the airing cupboard upstairs. The difference is amazing. We now control everything from the Honeywell app on our phones. If you are looking to replace your boiler make sure you speak to Matt the difference between his team and his rivals is not just the price but the personal service you get.

Mat from Devon Heating was so very helpful. I was without heating or hot water on a Sunday. He answered a text message on the Sunday and had me booked in for the next day. When he got here the boiler needed a part which he ordered straight away. The following day he drove to Exmouth to collect the part and then drove back here to install it. The boiler is now working again and I have hot water! I am so very grateful to Mat from Devon Heating and would recommend him to you too. Rachel Bolton - Ashburton.
