Matt, Liam & Tom did a superb job installing the boiler and resolving an issue we had with the old flue, replacing it with a much better one. They were very friendly and helpful and the price was great. Leeanne in the office was really quick to respond and helped us with an easy to set up 0% finance deal.

Devon Heating Services recently removed my old boiler and installed another in a different room. As a result they undertook two visits - one to extend the gas and water pipes and the other to install and remove the boiler. On both visits they were incredibly efficient, respectful and tidy. There were no delays and they were really helpful in explaining the process and coming up with useful solutions. Additionally they did all they could to keep the price down which made them really competitive. Can't recommend them enough!

Matt, Liam & Tom Done a great job they re-routed the flue to a more suitable place and saved us some money. We had a bit of banter and a laugh but most of all they were very efficient and we are very pleased.

Matt, Liam, Tom installed a new boiler for me. Outstanding work and professionalism throughout the installation. Even came back and balanced our radiators a few weeks after. Leanne in the office was helpful and very polite I would recommend them to friends and family without a shadow of doubt.

Complete central heating system replaced. Devon Heating provided a very competitive price that they stuck to, even where the odd unforeseen difficulty arose that took longer and clearly cost more to resolve than originally anticipated. Nothing was too much trouble for Matt, Liam and Tom. The pipework was all in copper, including in loft. All was fitted as discreetly as practically possible and neatly clipped. The boiler and controls were neatly fitted, with every effort made to keep pipework running to and from the boiler tidy and unobtrusive. All pipework in the loft was well lagged, including at no additional cost pipes I had previously fitted that were not part of the original quote.
I have worked closely with the building industry for many years, both on the heating and electrical side and have on more than one occasion been disappointed with the quality of workmanship and attitude of some of the tradespersons I have used. Not so Devon Heating. I started fearing the worst and was left absolutely delighted with the finished installation and professionalism and genuine helpfulness of the Devon Heating team. Based upon my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Devon Heating to others.

Had an excellent experience with Devon Heating Services, like knights in black suits, Matt and Liam who came to our rescue to change the boiler in record time. Apart from the boiler they reinstated the joinery works around the cabinet and kept the area real clean. They additionally fixed a leak too. ideal is a sleek, efficient and low noise brand which works better than the previous boiler replaced.

I had my boiler replaced a year ago by Devon Heating Services and when Leeanne reached out to see if I wanted it serviced - I didn't hesitate to say YES! I intend on getting them back every year for the next 10 years until I need a new one (and hopefully they will be up for another install). I live in Plymouth so a little out of the way from their usual Exeter area so appreciated the extra effort to come down this way! Matt and Liam are really genuine, honest, and professional guys that care about what they do. I trust and recommend them implicity.

After having several quotes for a new boiler we selected Devon Heating. Matt was passionate and knowledgeable and patient when answering our numerous questions. The quote arrived on the same day and Matt was prompt in all communications.

It might not sound like much but I was grateful that he took his shoes off and put a face mask on while entering our home without being prompted, basic manners which seem beyond some of the competition.

Just had new boiler installed by Devon Heating and i have been positively impressed by their service from start to finish. Leeanne was fast to contact me and the all booking process been really easy, with an online video consultation of what i needed. The installers were absolutely great, clean, tidy and extremely professional to the very last detail. I highly recommend Devon Heating.

Extremely poor service from start to eventual finish, job left half finished, financial disputes, disgraceful service, ripped off, poor finish of works- happy to supply images!

We were totally surprised by Matt and Liam and an apprentice. On time, clean. tidy, no fuss, happy to answer any questions. They installed our new boiler as per the quote. They even sanitised all door handles and hoovered up afterwards. We did not know them before this job as we found them on the Worcester Bosch web sitel. We will use them again for ongoing maintenance and will recommend them to our friends and neighbours

Had a boiler fail over weekend and these guys were not only the ones to answer and talk to me, they honoured their word and called me urgently on Monday morning, to assist me. Fantastic service and details certainly kept on file, very reassuring in times of desperation and need.
