I arranged with Leeanne in the office to have a new gas boiler fitted. On the day Liam and Tom arrive to fit the boiler, they had already rung to say they were on their way.
Both were polite, tidy, and very professional in the way they carried out their work, they kept me informed throughout the process of what was happening.
I would highly recommend Devon Heating Services, from start to finish it all went smoothly.

John arrived the same day that we rang to survey the old boiler, he was by far the best of all the gas engineers that came to supply us with a quote. Very knowledgeable and worked out a way to install the new condensing boiler it wasn’t a straight forward swap. The team came to install the new boiler and did a very tidy job the were all polite, friendly and left the house almost as if they hadn’t been there. Highly recommended.

Very simple and efficient process from typing my postcode into the Worcester website to receiving a visit and subsequent quote from Leeanne at Devon Heating, straight through to the install by Liam and Tom. Liam more than happy to answer my questions as he fitted it. Most important of all, the boiler is virtually silent and has a ten year warranty! All good.

We have this week had our Combi boiler replaced. From start to finish Devon Heating Services have been excellent. We cannot speak more highly of everyone that had their part in the quotation, appointment and installation planning. The installation team were friendly, efficient, professional and tidy.

Had a whole new system fitted which included removal of hot and cold water tanks and the installation of a new boiler in a different location with all ancillaries to work with currently fitted rads and showers. Couldnt be more pleased, punctual, professional and polite. Will definately be using for onward service/care. Cant recommend highly enough.

Devon Heating Servces responded promply to my initial enquiry about replacing an unreliableold boiler. They gave sound professional advice, not trying to put in unnecessary extras and gave a reasonable quote within hours. They were prepared to install within a week but I chose to wait for another model to be available (everyone was having chip shortages). They kept us informed, arranged installation on a convenient day and arrived promply. The engineers were friendly, yet professional, worked briskly and carefully, kept everywhere the went clean and with a quick boost of men during testing finished the whole job by mid-afternoon. They carefully explained operation of the electronic systems and left us very satisfied with the work.

Our combi has boiler recently broke down. Devon Heating Services came out, despite the bad storm that day. They suggested 3 possible ways forward. We chose to have a new boiler which they installed just over a week later. Their communication and professional service was excellent throughout.

Appointment re-arranged 4 times. Time re-arranged a lot, even on day - twice. Rainy day. Muddy boots all over my house. Muddy boot prints onto my expensive, cream bedroom carpet. If I could score 0/10 I would. Rubbish. Maybe tenants are treated differently to home owners?

Truly impressed with this company. Staff very efficient and friendly. Leeanne is very efficient and helpful and the engineers are so polite and professional. Gave us a quote for a boiler replacement quickly and explained the process. Pricing was competitive. The work carried out was excellent and very neat. We would highly recommend Devon Heating.

All the staff at Devon Heating are amazing. I was really struggling to find a company to do my boiler installation but DHS took just one day to come and see me. I was immediately impressed by Leeanne and Matt and it is a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that genuinely cares about the customer and their needs.
I am extremely happy with the work completed. Matt and his team really do go above and beyond and it was a pleasure to have them working in my home these past two days :-)

Had the typical pre Christmas boiler breakdown panic! Couldn't get any of my local installers to even return my calls! A friend of mine put me in touch with Devon heating. Even though they are an hour away from my property they were more than happy to help a young family in need of some heating and hot water! From the first call they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They did all quoting over facetime which was ideal for me. We went for a change from and internal oil combi to an external one. From the original quote to installation was really quick and the job they did was top notch and they left the house spotless. I will be using Devon heating for all my work from now on, highly recommended. Thanks Matt and the team.

We have recently had a new boiler installed by Devon Heating and the process, from beginning to end, was quite seamless. Matt was very understanding and communicated well at the initial consultation/assessment. Jamie and Tom, who did the fitting, were not just very efficient and skilled, but were also very amenable individuals whom were a pleasure to have in the house. Leanne, in the office, communicated effectively and was extremely personable.
Everybody we encountered in the entire process was a credit to the company and helped to deliver an extremely good service.
We are definitely happy that we chose Devon Heating.

LOOK NO FURTHER FOR A BOILER !!!!!!THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST ANY WARE !!!ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT !!!! was a nightmare looking for other people/companies....to install a floor standing Boiler....never met anyone with such Knowledge of Boilers....as DEVON HEATING.....thanks a million !!!!

Excellent service from the initial visit right up to the point of completion. Great communication from the office and the guys that installed the new boiler did a very professional job - cleaned up all the mess and removed all the rubbish and the old boiler. I'd have no hesitation in highly recommending Devon Heating Services.

Matt, Liam and Tom came to fit three radiators and a heated towel rail which they did over two days. Absolutely outstanding service from the start and all three of them were chatty, friendly, efficient and very well experienced in their craft. They talked us through the process, made sure everything was neatly and tidily fitted and overcame unexpected problems (a steel joist below the bathroom floor) with humour and inventiveness. When we decide to get a few more radiators fitted we'll look no further. Thanks chaps.

Excellent service to resolve a problem with the wiring to our boiler. The engineer was very polite and efficient, adhered to Covid-19 procedures and even took his shoes off before entering the house. Will definitely use again!
