Ordered two sets of Christmas lights online, nice and straight forward, and arrived within two days. Looked well packaged as a lot of bubble wrap (no box) however the plastic box the lights came in were smashed. But product itself was fine, just have to stored them another way when we put them away after Christmas. But very straight forward ordering process and speedy delivery.

I ordered some cluster lights and the ones that came were incorrect inside the box. I emailed Dewaldens and Ross was extremely helpful through communication and solving my issue. He ordered me some new lights, tested them and sent them out to me next day. He then arranged for the old ones to be collected via DPD. Great customer service and great lights!
