Informative staff, great level of stock and quick delivery

Perfect service customer satisfaction. Grace has a vast knowledge of the baby equipment and I was delighted to order silver cross wardrope, cot, changing table and mobile for my upcoming very soon granddaughter. I would highly recommend the pram centre in Kilmarnock next to the garden centre. Would use again !!!!!

The girl who served us (I think her name was Grace) was brilliant. She knew the product well and was able, without hesitation, to answer every question we asked. I felt as though she really cared about getting us the correct product for our needs. Not only was she knowledgeable but she was very friendly and this made us confident that it was not just a matter of getting a sale but getting the best fit for our needs. Would highly recommend DeWaldens with a special mention for Grace from their team who went above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service and making sure we got everything we were looking for. We don't live anywhere near the pram centre but it was the only place in the UK that actually had the items we needed in stock. Grace was always speedy to respond to any questions over email or to phone to make sure we were happy, and the personal touch was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend purchasing from the centre and getting in touch with them with any questions - really nice to deal with actual people who care rather than chatbots!

This pram centre have been amazing from the start of the journey. Sadly my mum was very unwell and she wanted to purchase my daughter’s pram however she was only 8 weeks pregnant. This pram centre were fab and even when my mum passed away just a few weeks later were respectful and kind

Visited Dewaldens twice whilst shopping for a pram, the girls were so friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. They answered all our questions and put us at ease that we were making the right choice. Such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere for nervous first time parents that didn't know what we were looking for. Grace was very helpful, I was so undecided and I wanted to know how easy it was to fold it down and put it back up for the car, she was able to help me and gave me some of her advice as well and was very patient because I couldn’t decide what I wanted. The prams are reasonably priced so I highly recommend dewaldens and I will be back in the future if baby number 2 comes, thank you
