The customer service I received was second to none. I feel as if they got to know us not just on a retail level.but on a personal one x lthey spoke to us by our names and nothing was a bother for them x this is the second time we have dealt with Dewaldens regarding a pram purchase. Unfortunately the first time things had a tragic ending and the staff particularly Ross handled this in a very caring compassionate way so I had no hesitations to deal with him again x well done Dewaldens I will recommend you to everyone i know

Sent an opened product
I ordered a britax car seat, it arrived quickly and the communication was good.
Upon receiving it I could see that the box had been resealed, there was a label underneath my shipping label too. When I opened it, although the original tags were present there were marks on the seat.
I contacted dewaldens and they told me their credit replied quickly and offered to replace it, however having to wait in a second time for collection and waiting a few days for delivery wasn’t possible so I just cleaned it as best I could.
It just doesn’t sit right with me that they sent out a used customer return by my guess, maybe it didn’t fit someone’s car or something. Even so it shouldn’t have been sold as new and they never admitted it was a return even though it clearly was.

Best pram and baby centre in Ayrshire!
The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. As a first time mum I thought shopping for baby would be stressful, however my experience at DeWaldens was the total opposite. I could even grab lunch at the coffee shop after I’d finished shopping. The selection of prams and baby accessories on offer was impressive. After visiting a number of baby and pram stores in Ayrshire, DeWaldens really stood out to me for their quality, 5* service.
