Service with a smile

Ordered timber log rolls via click and collect from 200 miles away while on holiday. Not only were they able to be collected very quickly, they had them on a trolley ready to roll out to my car!

Reluctant assistant

I got used to click and collect and I have used it for most of the year I would prefer a choice. For many years the customer service has been 5 star. but last visit to collect 2 x 15Kg butane gas bottles the young man from the cycle shed expected me to load by myself & reluctantly said he would lift one end I told him I could get help for the other end and suddenly he managed on his own. I am 79 years old

Price, efficiency

Loved my Alexander rose bench got it at a great price and service was amazing due to the quickness and tracking would recommend this garden centre.
