No Tap Water
The "no tap water, we sell bottles" policy is rediculous. Legal or not, when buying food and hot drinks, free tap water should be a standard policy. We have been to many, many restaurants and cafes around Scotland, and around the world. We have never been refused tap water anywhere else with our hot drinks. I notice you have a "standard" reply to this complaint. Just because people choose not to publish on Trust pilot doesn't mean it's not an issue. Today, we personally overheard 2 tables expressing the same sentiment. Definitely won't be back!

I can't praise De Waldens high enough - I placed my order on Tuesday morning and it was despatched the same day for delivery the following day. Delivery was also easy and very prompt. Therefore I can highly recommend Dr Waldens as both very professional and customer focused. From a very happy customer.

Brilliant super fast delivery and a good price too
I ordered Chempak fertilizer for my succulents at 8pm.Super fast delivery with the order dispatched to me the next morning and arriving within 48 hours from the time of purchase. Great staff and quality products.
Went in to look for ideas for redesigning my garden. Ended up buying a companion seat (Alexander Rose) and a cheeky wee solar powered water feature (with frogs). 🐸🐸Might not have bought these if staff weren’t so knowledgeable and so helpful. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be back to buy.
