A very helpful salesman. While we were browsing, there was absolutely no interruption or pressure to make a sale. The young man took the time to listen to what we were looking for, showed us the available options on the screen, and gave us honest advice on the best choices.
We left the store and returned a few hours later with my wife. The young man again spent time with us, helping us finalise our decision. At no point did we feel under any pressure to buy.
In the end, we were so impressed with what we saw, the comfort of the product, and the excellent customer service that we were happy to make the purchase. A great experience all around—happy days for both parties

Racheal was the most helpful sales person I have ever dealt with, she was patient and explained everything I wanted to know about my purchase. I was not rushed into my purchase and asked many questions probably a few times until I understood exactly what I wanted. I made my purchase over the phone due to being disabled but I had seen and read all the reviews.

Ashleigh asked us if we needed help I said we’d look round first which she gave us time to do then she showed us a number of sofas to our liking. We got down to 3 which she was very helpful about size different colours products etc we then settled on our favourite & the process was simple.

John was very polite and professional. He was knowledgeable about your products and the options available.

Warm welcome from Lee and an offer of a coffee, which was delicious. A brief explanation I had planned on buying but after a walk around the store I changed my mind to a more expensive combination. Simona showed me on the ipad what it would look like in the material I had chosen. She spent some time explaining how to look after the cushions and upholstery. After placing the order, it was explained very well as to what communication I should expect. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience. Thank you 😊

I was very impressed with the shop and all the staff how professional with their works very attentive helpful and any questions that I want to ask they were always willing to give you all the answers and informations so thank you and I am looking forward to receiving my sofa.

We had plenty time to browse the store. There was no hard sell tactics. assistant's approached and offered advice and made it known they were available when needed. We were offered tea and coffee. We made several visits over a couple of days and were welcomed each time. Screens were used to dhow the items in our colour preference. We are very happy with our choice of 2 sofas. The purchase process was quick and easy. All staff were welcoming, professional and personable abd very helpful in helping us make our decision

Awful service. Lack of options. The credit check process is highly unfair. Income should be used in conjunction rather than automatic rejection.

Neil the staff member at DFS in Aberdeen made our visit to the showroom a pleasure rather than a chore , He was not pushy in the slightest but full of product knowledge whenever we looked at any of the suites on offer We would certainly recommend DFS Aberdeen and Neil in particular for a enjoyable Buying experience..
