Once again worst response and service…
Once again worst response and service from dfs. Dont believe what they say especially from DFS Aintree store. They promised us if you buy the items on express delivery,it will delivered within 14 days, we booked,paid, (with order number B4D158362) but didn’t still waiting for the product. When i called the customer care a girl named Charlotte who was polite in the beginning when i raised my complaint the response was we dont do delivery its completely on the third party and we are not responsible for the delays, you have to call the transportation company and speak with them, And when i asked then why are you giving promises to customers for 2 week delivery if it is not under your control.

Sarah was helpful let us know she was about without being pushy. She was very knowledgable and although she let us know about extras available never pressured is at all... we ended up with the extras becauae great value for money l!
Prices were reasonable compared to the other shops but staff present werent in our faces which we appreciated. We picked some other furniture too such good value and quality
