Absolutely appalling experience with DFS. My order was significantly delayed despite paying in full, with poor communication and repeated chasing required. When I contacted DFS, the way my complaint was handled was inappropriate, rude and extremely unprofessional. Nobody seemed willing to take responsibility, and I was passed around without any proper resolution.
I was eventually left with no realistic option but to cancel the order, and even the refund process was frustrating, including the issue with the £150 promotion deduction. The whole experience was stressful and completely unacceptable. Very poor customer service — I would never recommend DFS or use them again.
