💯 top notch service
Perfect experience in shopping for something that you feel confident you've got right made so much easier from the lovely knowledgeable young lady. Didn't get her name but my goodness she knew everything there was to know about the 2 x sofas one being a sofa bed that we bought. Great service from the Barnstaple store.

The team member Lucia was very patient, willing to help us in any way and very knowledgeable about the stock within the store and allowed us chance to think options over with no pushiness. She was calm and genuinely seemed to want to help us find the right fit for us - not pushing us to simply make a sale.

We went for a look around the other day…
We went for a look around the other day and kerry asked us if we needed any help, we asked her a few questions about a sofa we liked and she was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. We said we would go and think about it and went back today and kerry was in store she remembered us and again was very helpful and after much help and support we decided to purchase our new sofa.
