Wasn’t hassled by salesperson. Allowed to go around store. When I needed any questions answered they clearly explained,

Very positive shopping experience
A nice showroom with a really good mix of styles. Very friendly staff who greeted us on arrival but didn’t trouble us at all when looking round. Placed an order and everything was explained thoroughly. Looking forward to delivery day.

I rarely write reviews, however on this occasion, I feel I must. The excellent service we received from Carrie at Barnstaple DFS on the 20th January was over and above what was required of her and is a credit to DFS.

A bed & 2 sofas + accessories
Having had one or two not so good experiences with furniture retailers in the past, dealing with DFS Furniture, Barnstaple was a breath of fresh air. The staff were friendly and welcoming without the high pressure sales pitch. We were offered coffee when we were 'just browsing' and left to 'just browse'. If we had felt pressurised to make up our minds at any time we would have left the store. Your staff remembered us and what our interests were on our second and third visit when we placed our order which was quite remarkable considering the foot fall in that store. They were obviously well trained and had good product knowledge without having to refer to their tablet for everything. We would also add that quality isn't cheap and we believe that your pricing reflects the excellent service and quality.
