We ordered the sofa online as we visited the Barnstaple store yesterday for the second time at 12.35, the store was empty no other customers apart from us. There were two sales assistants one sat on a sofa at the back and the other leaning against the wall. Neither of them asked if they could help they just ignored us. We had gone in with every intention of placing an order but due to the complete lack of Customer interaction and service we left, deciding to order online very disappointing.

A friendly welcome as we entered the store. She left us to look round, but said if we needed any help to come to find her. I did find two I liked so she came over. I chose one of them and she got the paperwork ready. I apologised, but I changed my mind and went for the other one. She said that's no problem, you need to choose one that you are completely satisfied with. Whilst doing the paperwork she went through everything I should know. Very informative. After completion she talked to us about her liking for Harry Potter which my son and Daughter-in-law were into too. She was happy to talk about it and didn't rush us to leave. We wished her well as she was due to have her baby soon. A very lovely lady.
I would certainly recommend this store.

Nice staff.
We went to DFS the day after visiting another retailer. We were considering purchasing from the other retailer but Kezz showed us a couple of nice sofas we were torn between. She told us about the insurance and how it would be to clean with a pet dog. After invisioning both sofas in our house and mix and matching the options we came on a decision. Purchasing was easy and transparent. We walked away feeling confident with our purchase.
