My wife and I visited DFS Beckton to buy a corner sofa bed. Kashish was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process. We initially chose the wrong size and later decided to change both the size and colour. When we returned the next day, Kashish made everything simple and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommended!

I had such a lovely experience at DFS Beckton today while choosing and ordering a sofa for my new home. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, but I especially want to mention Ebu.
Without Ebu, I honestly don’t think we would have been able to order the sofa we wanted. He was incredibly helpful, communicative and kind throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was that he never pressured us into buying anything we didn’t want. Instead, he took the time to understand what we were looking for, gave us the right advice and made sure we were completely happy and comfortable with our decision.
He made what could have been a stressful decision feel really easy and enjoyable, and we genuinely felt that he cared about helping us find the right sofa rather than simply making a sale.
I would highly recommend anyone visiting DFS Beckton to ask for Ebu. He is a credit to the team! That being said, all of the staff we interacted with were lovely and provided great customer service.
Thank you, Ebu, for making such an important purchase for our new home such a positive experience!

Ebu at Beckton, fabulous. He told me what sofas to not waste my time looking at because they were too big to get into my flat and pointed out the other options. I did find the one for me and Ebu explained everything, right down to how I should care for it, what the guarantee includes, etc. I can’t wait for my sofa delivery now - thank you!
