Great in store service
Moin was able to answer all of the questions we had about the sofa. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were able to order our sofa with no issues and no pressure.

Really happy with my experience at DFS. The staff were friendly, Kash was helpful and knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

The welcome was really warm, they remembered us from last week, they shook our hands, they were professional and friendly. I didn't feel pressured and they double checked everything, and everything was clearly explained. Our assistant Ebu was brilliant, and he got us drinks, made us laugh and was highly efficient.
