Kerry sales review
Kerry/kerri was who helped us in the Boucher store today, it was my partner and my first time ever purchasing a sofa etc for our first home and she couldn’t have made the experience any easier. She was so helpful and friendly and gave us all the info we needed without making it feel confusing, aswell as advising us what would work best for us, it was also her birthday so we hope she had a lovely day, we couldn’t of appreciated her help more. Her customer service skills are amazing and she really is made for a front facing job like hers, we really hope she gets the appreciation she deserves because all round 10/10.

A successful, enjoyable experiene
It was yet another day of rain and I was not looking forward to go out to purchase a sofa but a working colleague visited DFS 2 weeks earlier and he suggested to go there directly for they had a very good selection of furniture. Well they had indeed ! Sean, who assisted me during my purchase was friendly yet professional; he was very knowledgeable and explained everything from the payment, to what the warranty covered and did not cover to how to take care of the sofa so that it always looked good in detail. Sean turned a shopping trip I was not looking forward to into a successful enjoyable experience! From 1 to 10 I will score Sean 11 !

We called on the afternoon of Saturday 6th June to the Boucher Road store and Ciara was a fantastic help, answered any queries we had and explained all the different options and extras to us very well. Will be back to purchase a sofa for our extension!
