I bought two sofas on line
I bought two sofas on line . I presumed the sofas to be keather as i had put in leather sofas . I went after ordering to look at the colour much to my vomplete shock they were not leather sofas . Spoke to the girl in store Kiera i think her name was she was so so hlelpful nothing was a bother . She sent an email to head office explaining the miatake and to cancel order . I then rang myself when i came out as i was just concerened about getting order cancelles as soon as possible . I spoke to a lovely young guy also so so helpful . He said he would send further email and said they would contact me within 72 hours . I rang again monday morning before 72 hours was up as i was just fretting about the whole issue . Got spwaking to another lovely guy who put me through to cancelations . Stewart handeles the cancelation ans aaid a colleague Liam was due to call me that afternoon but i had beat the callback . Best experience i have had with a company . I have bought off them before but never had any issue as everything had gone smoothly . Will definitley recomend them to friends and family . Thank you for great servicce

Thomas was amazing in helping us find our sofa. My partner and I were struggling to find a sofa that we would both like and Thomas gave us some guidance on what we were looking for and what might be best for us. He made the experience for us that bit better. Would definitely recommend him and will go back in the future.

We visited to look at possible purchase of two sofas. Within 30 minutes we had completed our purchase thanks to the courteous, very helpful and well-informed member of staff who attended to me and my wife. Very impressed.

Kerry sales review
Kerry/kerri was who helped us in the Boucher store today, it was my partner and my first time ever purchasing a sofa etc for our first home and she couldn’t have made the experience any easier. She was so helpful and friendly and gave us all the info we needed without making it feel confusing, aswell as advising us what would work best for us, it was also her birthday so we hope she had a lovely day, we couldn’t of appreciated her help more. Her customer service skills are amazing and she really is made for a front facing job like hers, we really hope she gets the appreciation she deserves because all round 10/10.
