I dealt with Conor in the Belfast Boucher Road store this week. He is friendly and professional. He took time to explain my options and look at other variations of what I wanted. He is highly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He explained in detail how to look after my sofa and what to expect from now until my sofa is delivered. Conor is a bright, polite, young man who is an assest not only to the store but to DFS as a firm. Highly recommend speaking to him when you go to the store.

Sofia made you feel so relaxed and welcome and at no time hassle us. We made a purchase and would certainly tell friends that a visit to DFS is worth the trip. Trevor and Carol.

We had a great experience at DFS today. The sales assistant was so professional. Very helpful explained everything to us. Gave us the best advice and was very friendly.

I've forgotten the guys name that we placed the order with but he was very patient and knowledgeable about all our queries. Did not feel hurried in to making a decision on our purchase. Would highly recommend DFS as this is the second time buying sofas from your company.

I bought two sofas on line . I presumed the sofas to be keather as i had put in leather sofas . I went after ordering to look at the colour much to my vomplete shock they were not leather sofas . Spoke to the girl in store Kiera i think her name was she was so so hlelpful nothing was a bother . She sent an email to head office explaining the miatake and to cancel order . I then rang myself when i came out as i was just concerened about getting order cancelles as soon as possible . I spoke to a lovely young guy also so so helpful . He said he would send further email and said they would contact me within 72 hours . I rang again monday morning before 72 hours was up as i was just fretting about the whole issue . Got spwaking to another lovely guy who put me through to cancelations . Stewart handeles the cancelation ans aaid a colleague Liam was due to call me that afternoon but i had beat the callback . Best experience i have had with a company . I have bought off them before but never had any issue as everything had gone smoothly . Will definitley recomend them to friends and family .
