Not reliable
Bought beautiful sofas, La-Z-Boy, no power boxes in it. The manufacturer forgot to put it in. We as customers been contacting DFS for over four months. I was told that it will arrive yesterday. Stayed at home and nothing. DFS is not reliable. And causing a lot of stress it’s not worth buying there.
