Very welcoming …
We had been a couple of times recently and we like how you are always greeted at the entrance but then also left to look around.
The lady that helped us had also spoken to us on our previous visit. She was very knowledgeable about the products and explained the extras and process of ordering very clearly. Really nice experience and would definitely recommend. We will be back soon for my partner to buy a new sofa too.

Great showroom and customer service
I recently visited DFS Furniture (John Kempe Way, Birmingham) and was genuinely impressed by both the showroom and the customer service. The showroom was beautifully arranged, making it easy to visualise how the furniture would look in a real home setting.
What stood out the most was the staff. He took his time to walk me around, explain the different options in detail, and provide honest advice and feedback on the items I was interested in. They were knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and professional experience, and I would definitely recommend DFS to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service.
