The 2 gentleman who delivered my sofa etc were very polite and my goods were positioned exactly where I wanted them . They took care when taking the goods to my living room and all packaging was taken away.

From walking into store we felt relaxed and not pressured,when we knew what we wanted we was helped by sonny who was very precise on all the information and got our order sorted very promptly,I would definitely recommend

The Sales assistant was very polite and knowledgeable about the products. Prior to visiting the store we had a pretty good idea what we wanted and she pointed us in right direction.

We dealt with a lady called Lyn. She was very friendly and went through everything thoroughly. She was very helpful and made sure we knew about everything. A very pleasant experience.

Was greeted by Sam as I entered the store which was nice and told him what I was looking for. Unfortunately you didn’t have the sofa I was looking for in the store. Sam took me see similar items and asked me in more detail what my wants and needs were. He was well informed and answered all my questions and worries as I have a dog. He made me feel comfortable and went over all charges and delivery information. I placed the order from your platinum range. He is a credit to your company.

The 2 guys were very welcoming and knowledgeable, talked us through everything and explained all are options. They were very helpful would definitely recommend this store too anyone wishing too purchase a sofa/chair etc

Sam in Birstall was great today. He talked me through everything from sofa spec to delivery and measurements. Felt no pressure to say yes to anything, but happy to make a purchase from him. Well informed and just nice to chat to. Sorry for ending the conversation with 'enjoy your new sofa too' 🤦🏼‍♀️

We are extremely happy

Despite only a small proportion of the showroom being open due to renovations, we were able to find a sofa we loved. Nicola was extremely hopeful, professional and knowledgable. She helped us pick the right colour, material and sofa for us, whilst assisting with measures and cross-checking with the floor plan of our new house.
She was very friendly and made us feel at ease. Thank you!

The shop is going through a refit and selling conditions are far from ideal at the moment. However the young lady I dealt with was so helpful and attentive and super knowledgeable.
Hopefully the rest of the experience upto delivery is just as good 🤞

I recently purchased a sofa for my daughter in the Birstall store unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the person who advised us but never the less He was was brilliant in advising us on what sofa to buy so today the sofa was delivered with no problems they delivered guys were professional and friendly.
