The staff were very friendly, especially the girl who served us, she was helpful and knowledgeable, didn't push herself and left us to browse around

The experience was very good , it was very easy and we got a lot of help from the workers

Took a trip to the Bradford Forster square store, picked two sofas & Paul sorted everything for us from start to finish.
Nice & polite bloke & he leaves you to look around & to make choices for yourselves without been a usual pushy salesman that you find nearly everywhere now, both the corner sofa & cinema sofa are great, very comfortable & were delivered with care.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience really & delivered within a week.

Zara provided fantastic service from start to finish. We bought our sofas from DFS two days ago and took quite a while to decide which ones to choose. Throughout the process, Zara was always available whenever we needed advice or had questions.

She was friendly, patient, and never made us feel rushed. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly, which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

I recently purchased sofas from DFS and would like to say how impressed I was with the service I received from Simran. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish.

Simran took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent advice without being pushy. Her knowledge and patience made choosing the right sofas a much easier and more enjoyable experience.

I have today purchased a set of sofa,2 chairs and a footstool from Bradford DFS . It took two visits and Paul was so helpful,not pushy at all . He was friendly and professional ,wanting to make sure I got exactly what I wanted . I would recommend DFS to anyone .

I have baught a few items over the years from DFS and always recieved excellent service, which is why i always come back. 10/10

We were viewing different places for a new sofa and chair set. We went into DFS first and immediately fell in love (corny I know) with the Kian sofa and chair set at the front door. A lovely man called Paul (hope I remembered you right) came over said hello and said if we needed anything to give him a holler. We are very dubious about some furniture shops as it's all about the sale and they practically follow you about. He didn't he left us to it and didn't even say a word when we left to visit other furniture places on the complex. We came back because nothing popped out to us. We came sat down and he asked if we were ok and we said we had a few questions we felt listened to and heard. He didn't press for extras he just listened!! He answered our questions very professionally and gave us his opinions even involved our 2 kids who for once were very well behaved and listened to the man speak. Safe to say we were so happy with the service and the answers to our questions we felt confident in selecting a sofa and 2 chairs from the set.
He went and got his manager to oversee the details and she was just as lovely. The best bit was how they engaged my youngest boy. We had left scs and come back and my little boy had been given a bag from the store. Paul made him laugh and they had their own personal joke calling him "motta bella" all the way home he kept putting the accent on saying I'm "motta bella" now when we call his name he goes "no is Motta bella" haha! Lovely service and very very happy! Please make sure Paul from the Bradford forster square store gets this feedback he is a delightful man with such a wonderful personality! He's a key aspect of this store they should be proud to have him!

Rajnesh was the person that was initially talking to us and he seemed knowledgeable, however his circumstances were such that he referred us to his colleague Akaash , who was very patient, knowledge and helped us with the whole process . His product knowledge was very good and interpersonal skills.

This was our fourth visit to the Foster Square store in Bradford, as fantastic service as usual. you have wonderful caring staff there. We miss Berny not being in store this time as he was part of the DFS sore in Bradford after all thses years. This time we where assisted by Paul, a wonderful man.Thank you so much for the wonderful service
