Not received order confirmation after purchase, called store 3 times, been told order was placed, but still no order confirmation came in.

exceptional customer service
Ally was the main man for us however we did speak with 3 others and everyone was exceptional with the customer service, we ended up buying a sofa and a coffee table

We came into DFS in search of a brand new sofa. Gary kindly assisted us, ensuring we found the most ideal sofa to suit our needs. Great customer service
Went to look at power recliner which unfortunately was not working. Staff made every effort to assist and provided us with a great option so we purchased the chair without being able to fully test it. Highly recommended team, very well led by their demonstrably supportive manager.
