DFS Furniture - Cambridge Reviews 

I went into DFS Cambridge and thought their customer service was amazing. I went in a couple of time as I was spending quite a lot of money to make sure I was buying was right for me. The staff were excellent, friendly and professional. When I decided what I was going to buy it would be so easy to buy online. However, I decided I would drive to Cambridge to place my order with them which was out of my way as they deserve the sale. Well done Cambridge branch DFS you were great and deserved my money.

Friendly staff member, Martin, at the Cambridge store, was helpful and guided us easily through the process of choosing the right sofa.
We knew what we wanted and our price range (which wasn't very high), but we didn't feel pressured into anything we may be couldn't afford.
Nice 3 seater recliner on its way in 11 weeks now, and at £52 a month for 2 years... starting when the sofa is delivered.... we're very happy.

Gary found me and option I otherwise would not have considered and it worked perfectly for my needs. Everything explained in detail and purchasing process quick. Went away happy and looking forward to delivery!

Very helpful sales man and the showroom was clean tidy and well presented. Shumu was friendly and the sale of both sofas was straightforward and easy task with the support of Shumu

The welcome from the staff was very friendly and we found them both very informative.
We were offered coffee which was delicious!
All or questions were answered fully and they didn't seem to mind us asking.
The showroom was well laid out, spacious and very clean & tidy.
Once we'd chosen our new suite we were told the whole process with costs and timings included.
We found both the staff member and manager to be knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive.

He wasn't pushy in anything that he was selling to do with the furniture I bought

Nice options and a great range of sofas, just that if DFS can bring down the delivery period for custom orders. Subho who helped me in buying the product was very helpful.

Customer service from Gary was brilliant and very accommodating. He provided insight into different types of sofas without added pressure. Extremely friendly and honest conversation. Definitely worth a visit in store as I was unaware of being able to request for delayed delivery which is key when buying a new build and not having a set completion date yet. Gary provided the space to browse, ask questions and obtain further insight into the sofas without feeling rushed.

We had a fantastic experience at DFS earlier today, Ali was brilliant, he helped us with the sofa we wanted and we are so pleased to get a great deal and it was such a straight forward experience. Would highly recommend if your local to Cambridge and on the hunt for a sofa, go and see Ali and the team, the manager of the store was really helpful too! 10/10 service.

The goods arrived on time and we are very pleased with the quality and comfort. The three star review is for the following reason: Leather care package not delivered with sofas. Told it would be sent ASAP. Visited the shop to try to get one... None available. Tried calling twice and was put on hold.. Both calls cut out. So still trying to locate leather care kit. Also had to request the insurance inf pack that we did not receive.

We had a really great experience buying our sofa with Tamer. We visited the store three times before finally deciding, and he was patient and helpful every single time. He let us try different sofas, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured.

When we finally made our purchase, he even stayed a little past closing time to help us complete everything, which we really appreciated.

Store staff- Ali, was super helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I got what I wanted and was made aware of all the things that come with it and add ons. Set up of payment and completion of my order was quick and when I receive my order, I'll be sure to tell people I know of DFS and their great service.
