We were able to look at the sofas on our own. Staff did introduce themselves and if we had questions come and ask, which was great.
Once we found the sofa we liked, Pete was extremely warm and friendly answering our questions.

Fantastic customer service! Sareena was very smiley, polite, and welcoming. She showed us all the leather suites, explained prices, colours, and thickness clearly, and made us feel completely comfortable. Loved the hot drink when completing the sale — a really lovely experience

Jamie was efficient and friendly
Jamie was efficient and friendly. 3 separate occasions myself, partner and little one went to DFS Cardiff, was accommodating from the outset, didn’t mind my little girl trying out each Sofa for durability or use their restroom multiple times (which was appreciated). For someone new to the Sales Industry, a very promising career ahead. Joked regarding upsell on products as was refreshing to be on the other side, must’ve seen me coming. Only pointer I would give, would be for the Manager to introduce herself after closing a deal when monitoring the sales process. 2nd facing does go a long way. Very happy with our order either way.

The store in Leckwoth, Cardiff was well laid out, easy to browse and had welcoming staff.
Peter was brilliant - well informed patient and easy to chat with. He was able to answer all our questions with ease and detail.

Great time with Sameera
I had a lovely experience at DFS Cardiff.
Sam (Sameera) was super helpful and lovely - after helping my mum pick out her sofa previously we were very excited to see that Sam was working after how great she had been with my mum before.
