Great customer experience!
We had been back a few times to make sure we got the right sofa.
All the staff were brilliant and patient and did not once make me feel like an inconvenience.
They were attentive and helped us pick the perfect sofa without trying to sell over our budget!

A good range of sofas at very reasonable prices
DFS had a good range of sofas at very reasonable prices. We had quite specific requirements but still managed to find the sofas we were hoping to find. The sales assistant at our local branch kindly let us borrow the fabric swatches so that we could make our fabric selection with total confidence. Throughout the buying process our sales assistant was couteous, professional and friendly, providing us with answers to all of our questions, making clear the available insurance options as well as offering good maintenance advice. All of this was done without putting us under any pressure to make a decision. To round things off, we were pleased to take up DFS's offer of four years interest-free credit.

After a long search on internet
After a long search on internet. We went to dfs Christchurch. The showroom was nice and welcoming.
It was quite easy to find what we were looking for. Max was very helpful and friendly. She guided us through all the different options and to finalise the deal.
For logistic problems we chose March delivery but we cannot wait to have our sofa at home.
