Lots of choice and reasonable prices
Mum bought a Sofa today we were served by Abbey, who was so helpful and patient, as she had to repeat things a few times! The shop was well spaced (easy to move the wheelchair about) and very clean and tidy, we were left to peruse without being hassled but as soon as I made deliberate eye contact we were attended to.

Particularly went to the Christchurch store rather than Poole store as sales staff followed us round constantly talking on our first visit even though we said we just wanted to look around. Went back to Christchurch to place an order. Maxine was very friendly, helpful & efficient.
