Great welcome on entering the store.allowed to browse with out any pressure always ready to answer questions. When we found the products the sales lady told us to take our time to be sure it was what we was wanting. Upon deciding she was great at explaining the benefits that went with the suites.the lady was a total professional a real credit to the company nothing was too much trouble.i would recommend Scarlett to anyone looking for a suite. Tehseen was very helpful as we needed to ensure the sofa would fit into the property so he helped measure and showed us how the sofa comes apart and explained how it would be delivered and put together when in the property.

He was really friendly, chatty and informative - i felt really at ease and happy with my decision to not allow my initial issue to stop me from using the store and purchasing my dream sofa
