Her product knowledge was excellent, and she guided me through the options with confidence and clarity, making what can sometimes be an overwhelming process feel easy and even enjoyable.

Not pushy but very helpful and informative when required

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always on hand to answer questions but never pushy or overbearing.
We were allowed to take our time, browse at our own pace and test out many...many sofas for comfort.

From the moment we entered the store Faz was there to greet us. She made us feel so welcome. She discussed with us our needs and let us roam the store to look around undisturbed. We felt no pressure to buy at all and found her helpfulness a total pleasure. We took the time we needed to discuss our choice and options. By the time we left the store we had decided on a choice that was perfect for our needs. She allowed us to confirm our measurements on a follow up call before finalising our order. We can't wait for our new sofa and foot stool to arrive. We highly recommend DFS and the level of customer service they provide. Thanks again to Faz we really appreciate all your help.
